Staff and doctors of InVision have dedicated themselves to upholding the commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality eye care originated by our practice founder, Dr. Thos H. Smith. We are constantly seeking ways to improve our skills by learning innovative ways to meet our patients’ visual needs and keeping current with the latest technology available. We enjoy working and living in Ottertail County and helping to improve the quality of life within our community.

Dr. Denise M. Hanson, Dr. Tara A. Kempfer, Dr. Randall J. Kempfer and staff spend approximately 30-45 minutes with each patient, performing a thorough eye examination which includes patient history, visual acuity, pupillary responses, eye movement, binocular vision and near focus testing, spectacle prescription update and health. Your eye health exam will include testing for retinal problems such as macular degeneration and glaucoma as well as systemic diseases such as diabetes, stroke and high blood pressure. These conditions can lead to serious health problems including partial loss of vision or blindness and can often develop without warning and progress with no symptoms.
